Description

BOPP Heat Sealable Film (heat-seal coated Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene), manufactured by AEC GROUP (Anhui Eastern Communication Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd., Hefei, China). Supplied with a functional heat-seal coating on one surface for reliable low-temperature sealing in form-fill-seal (FFS) and vertical/bubble packaging machines. The seal layer bonds well with polyethylene and other common packaging polymers and gives clean, strong seals without heat-seal powder. Widely used for snack food pouches, frozen food bags, tea bags, pet food packaging, e-commerce mailers and shrink-wrap overwrap. Features: good heat-seal strength at low sealing temperature; high clarity and gloss on the printed face; excellent moisture barrier; stable running on high-speed FFS lines; available in multiple gauges, widths and roll lengths; anti-block and slip additives per application.
